Artikel 14 van de Statuten van het Genootschap schrijft voor dat daartoe tenminste een maand van te voren een algemene ledenvergadering wordt gehouden waar de namen van de voorgedragenen worden genoemd. Deze vergadering wordt gehouden op: donderdag 11 maart 2004, aanvang 19 uur, locatie: Janskerkhof 15A, Utrecht, zaal JK 105.
